For L2s with sequencer committees or fully decentralized sequencers, this calculator shows how long a censored user would have to wait, and how much they would have to stake, to include their transaction with a given probability. Config defaults model a static sequencer set with 50% censoring, a 99% inclusion target, and the escape hatch enabled. The Ethereum path approximates canonical inclusion under honest-majority LMD-GHOST and does not model finality. The hardcoded quorum for committees is 2/3.

Probability of inclusion in the current slot conditional on the user still waiting. Committee paths can sawtooth within an epoch because surviving late slots makes a blocking committee more likely. The Ethereum path is slot-by-slot and only becomes live once honest stake is strictly greater than censoring stake.
